Enixa does the heavy lifting for you so any manager or change agent can lead the process.

  • Each team member follows the Guided Program through ‘My Path’ and meets regularly with a ‘buddy’ to encourage accountability and share learning. Periodically, they take or retake surveys to recognize progress and identify next actions.
  • The team meets at regular intervals to discuss what resonated personally, and how to apply it collectively, so that the team grows together.

HOW YOU DO IT

Enixa does the heavy lifting for you so any manager or change agent can lead the process.

  • The Process Leader identifies the necessary work streams, reads the ‘Process Leader Toolkit’, and prepares accordingly.
  • The team is then given simple prework, before the Process Leader runs sessions with the relevant teams to complete the work stream.
  • The team periodically take or retake the surveys to recognize progress, and identify actions.

HOW DO WE ROLL OUT ENIXA?

There are three main ways you can roll-out Enixa in your organization.

1) A Big Wave; Multiple levels or layers of the organization, all at the same time.

The purpose of this approach is to uplift a large cohort quickly; to encourage high levels of mutual accountability; and to send a symbol of commitment and investment in your people.

2) A Cascade; Start at the top and cascade progressively down the organization.

The purpose of this approach is to give the most senior team members a head start on the journey; to ensure they own the work first; and to empower them to lead the next waves of the roll-out with confidence.

3) A Ripple; Start somewhere, potentially in the middle, and ripple out from there.

The purpose of this approach is to capitalize on a specific context or opportunity that would benefit from having access to Enixa; to get going quickly; and to create an example of what’s possible first.

HOW DO I REGISTER FOR AN ENTERPRISE ACCOUNT?

Go to join.enixa.co and complete the registration panels as applicable:

  1. Enter your details and agree to the terms of use and privacy policy (leave the company code blank – Once you have completed the registration, you will receive a 4 digit company code that you can email to the users to enter when they register).
  2. Select the number of licenses you wish to buy and apply a coupon code if applicable.
  3. Select either a monthly subscription via credit card payment or annual payment via direct debit. If paying monthly via credit card, enter credit card details. If paying annually via direct debit, enter PO number if applicable. An invoice will be sent to the email address you registered with and is payable within 30 days.
  1. Option to create a whitelist (so that users can only sign in via their company email address). This is case sensitive and you do not need to include the @ symbol, just your company domain (eg; enixa.co).
  2. Confirmation of registration – at this point you will be sent a welcome email with a drawbridge link that you can click to login. The email will also contain the 4 digit company code.

Enixa uses Drawbridge links rather than a password to log you in, ensuring greater levels of security.

HOW DOES PAYMENT AND INVOICING WORK?

A team or organization administrator (Company Admin) will need to first register for Enixa and select the number of users you would like to purchase. You will then be prompted to select either monthly credit card payments or annual invoices.

If you select monthly credit card payment, you will need to enter card details. This card will be billed monthly.

If you select annual invoicing, an invoice will be sent to the email address you registered with. This invoice will be for the annual amount and is payable within 30 days.

If you do not pay your invoice on time, or your credit card payment is not successful, your Enixa account will be deactivated.

DOES ENIXA INTEGRATE WITH OUR CURRENT SYSTEMS?

Enixa does not integrate with other software systems, however your Long-Term Goals and your Scorecard can be exported to a PDF and uploaded to your current system as a supporting document.
