WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Payments are taken monthly in advance and are non-refundable. Upon receipt of your cancellation request, your subscription will continue until the end of your current billing period.

To cancel your account, please send an email to [email protected]. You will receive confirmation of your account cancellation date by return email.

You may also choose to suspend your account instead of cancel it, which means your data is retained should you choose to reactivate your account in the future. To suspend or reactivate your account please contact [email protected].

HOW SECURE IS MY DATA?

Enixa adheres to the highest levels of data security and privacy. Please refer to Enixa’s Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and Security Policy for more information.

WHO WILL SEE THE DATA I INPUT INTO ENIXA?

Enixa administrators have access to your name, email address and company (if applicable). This is just used for the purposes of supplying Enixa as a service to you.

Any data you input into surveys, polls or multiple-choice selections in Enixa (quantitative data) is accessible to us at Enixa (Enixa administrators) only at an aggregated level, not by individual. All individual data is encrypted.

If you are part of a team journey, your company administrator will also be able to view aggregated quantitative data for your team or organization only.

The written data you input into Enixa (qualitative data) such as goals, scorecard deliverables, notes and tasks, is all fully encrypted and not accessible to either Enixa administrators or company administrators.

The only exception is when you choose to share your aspirations or scorecard. In this instance, the recipient will only be able to view the data you have chosen to share with them.

HOW DO I REGISTER?

Go to join.enixa.co and complete the registration panels as applicable:

  1. Enter your details and agree to the terms of use and privacy policy
  2. Apply a coupon code if applicable
  3. Enter credit card details
  4. Confirmation of registration – at this point you will be sent a welcome email with a drawbridge link that you can click to login

Enixa uses Drawbridge links rather than a password to log you in, ensuring greater levels of security.

WHERE DO I APPLY A COUPON CODE?

On the second page of registration, there is a space labelled ‘coupon code’. Enter your code there and then hit apply. You will know your coupon has been applied correctly when you see the ‘amount’ change to reflect the monthly discount.

If you forgot to apply a coupon, please email [email protected] and mention the coupon.

CAN I USE ENIXA ON MULTIPLE DEVICES?

Yes, you can use Enixa on as many of your devices as you like. Anything you input into Enixa will be accessible across all of the devices you have signed into Enixa on.

Enixa is available to use on:

  • Web: www.enixa.co
  • Desktop: Mac and PC via download links included in the welcome email
  • Mobile: iOS and Android App Stores
  • IPad: Instructions are here

To login on a new device, go to www.enixa.co using the device that you would like to log in on. Scroll to the section called ‘Get Started’. Click on ‘Already Signed Up’. Enter the email address that you are registered with and then click ‘Login’. An email with a drawbridge link will be sent to you. Click on the link using the device you would like to log in on. Please note, you will need to have downloaded the Enixa app to your mobile device first before you can use this link to login.
